Four-day, 72-hole stroke-play competition; 36-hole cut to the lowest 60 scores and ties after play on Friday, July 11. There will be no open qualifying or sponsor invitees. |

Top-144 players off the 2009 money list through the preceding event (Fort Smith Classic Presented by Stephens Inc., Hardscrabble CC, Ft. Smith, Arkansas, June 15-21). |
| THE 25: |

25 PGA TOUR cards for 2010 will be awarded at the conclusion of the Nationwide Tour Championship based on the final money list. |

The Nationwide Tour is home today to the PGA TOUR's stars of tomorrow. Graduates of the Nationwide Tour have amassed over 200 PGA TOUR wins and currently compose 65% of the TOUR's membership. |

Thanks to the contributions of players, sponsors, fans, and volunteers, the PGA TOUR and its tournaments give back to over 2,000 local charities every year and in 2005 surpassed $1-billion in charitable donations. The Nationwide Tour Players Cup has given over $400,000 since 2004 to the following charities: Robert H. Mollohan Charitable Foundation, Clarksburg League for Service, Genesis Youth Crisis Center, Make-A-Wish Foundation of North Central WV, Medbrook Children's Charities, United Health Foundation (Camp Catch Your Breath), and the West Virginia Golf Foundation - William C. Campbell Scholarship. In 2008 the Players Cup introduced TICKETS Fore CHARITY, a program aimed at giving 100% of every ticket sold back to West Virginia's charities. The first year of TICKETS Fore CHARITY yielded $78,125 for charity including at $25,000 bonus pool provided by the Players Cup.
